– 1oz Malibu Rum
– 1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur – 2 oz pineapple juice
– 1 oz cream of coconut
– Pineapple slices
– Crushed Ice
– 1 maraschino cherry
1. In a mixing tin, pour Malibu, Blue Curacao liqueur, cream of coconut over crushed ice. Shake. 2. Pour shaken ingredients into a glass. Top with pineapple juice and stir until ingredients are mixed. 3. Garnish the glass with a pineapple slice and cherry. Enjoy!
